    The pancakes are huge and very filling (I could only do one and a half). The sausages tasted amazing, like peameal bacon. The sugar maple beans were excellent. We went on a sunny Saturday at noon at the height of winter and were one of only a few tables. 1 litre of pure maple syrup was half the price of most kinds in the grocery store. Beautiful scenery, other things to do and see on the property but we were just there for breakfast. Very affordable.

    Delicious. Fun. Informative. Interesting. Cool. What more could a person want? We loved the museum, had super tasty maple syrup pancakes and waffles with sausage and saw the tapping system at the beginning of the hike. This place has it all.

    Just an amazing experience overall! Great food, live the history and museums, along with fast and very friendly service. Definitely will be back!
